Join the Team at Match

We believe one of the most important things we can do is to staff our schools and programs with a dedicated, passionate, and diverse team.
“Match is a small school, so the student to teacher ratio is very reasonable. Whenever I needed help, I got it. I never felt as though the teachers didn’t have time for me; they always wanted to help.”
Bryanna, Match Class of 2019

We search relentlessly for the most talented individuals in the country to lead our schools, teach in our classrooms, tutor our students, and work at the organization level.

Match is always eager to connect with outstanding educators across all subjects and grade levels. If you are passionate about working with students, view teaching as a craft that can be mastered, take your work more seriously than you take yourself, and are driven to achieve education reform, then this is the place for you. Most importantly, we care about our kids – we’re dedicated to getting them ready for success in college and beyond. If you are interested in a challenging environment where the work you do matters each and every day—not only to us, but also to education more broadly—we invite you to apply.
